We are currently seeking a highly motivated Contracts Manager to join our Thurnscoe office. In this role, you will thrive in our dynamic work environment, overseeing a range of projects in the UK and potentially internationally.

As a Contracts Manager, your primary responsibility will be to ensure the smooth execution of all projects, from the handover stage to project completion. Whether managing a significant contract or multiple smaller ones, you will act as the main point of contact for clients, site managers, and sub-contractors throughout the project lifecycle.

Key objectives include guaranteeing that all project work is completed within the designated timeline and budget. This involves managing and supervising an installation team, proficiently delegating tasks. Additionally, your role will emphasize a commitment to customer satisfaction, requiring close collaboration with various departments such as Sales, Design, Production, Quality, Finance, and Despatch.

You will also collaborate with Technical Advisors deployed to overseas sites, providing technical support and assisting with travel arrangements as necessary. Within our organization, the Contracts Department plays a pivotal role in coordinating diverse disciplines to ensure exceptional customer service while adhering to project budgets.

Experience:

  • Proficiency, experience, and confidence in creating, monitoring, managing, and reporting on both export and UK projects.
  • Preferably, experience with export documentation.
  • Direct customer interaction experience in a business-to-business setting.
  • Ability to effectively manage multiple projects concurrently.
  • Extensive project management background.
  • A background in general technical, engineering, or construction is advantageous.
