Position: Export Sales Estimator

We are currently seeking a highly motivated Export Sales Estimator to join our team at our Llantrisant site.

Role Overview

As an Export Sales Estimator, you will prepare technical quotations using web-based costing systems, manage spreadsheet data, communicate with clients for project updates, update our CRM system, and provide administrative support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Technical Quotations Preparation:
    • Enter project details into the web-based costing system.
    • Utilize templates and predefined pricing models.
    • Customize quotations based on project specifics and client requirements.
    • Verify data accuracy before sending quotations to clients.
  • Spreadsheet Data Management:
    • Maintain detailed project records and perform data comparisons.
    • Record project details, quotations, and client information in spreadsheets.
    • Use spreadsheet functions for cost comparisons, tracking changes, and analysing trends.
    • Ensure data is consistently updated and accurately reflects current project status.
  • Client Communication:
    • Maintain effective communication with clients to ensure project progress.
    • Schedule regular calls for project updates.
    • Document key points and action items from calls.
    • Address client concerns and questions.
    • Communicate updates and changes to the project team based on client feedback.
  • CRM System Management:
    • Keep the CRM system current and accurate.
    • Input new client information and update existing records.
    • Track interactions, follow-ups, and project milestones.
    • Ensure data integrity and privacy compliance.

Experience & Skills

We are looking for candidates with experience working across multiple departments to meet deadlines. Technical sales experience is desirable, and the ability to handle multiple issues simultaneously is essential.
