We are looking for a dedicated HR Advisor to provide comprehensive HR and advisory support to our managers and staff. In this multifaceted role, you will cover all aspects of the HR function, including recruitment, training, and discipline and grievance handling. You will also offer general advice and development support to our business managers.

Key Accountabilities
Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and secure records for all employees, including personal development and training logs.

HR Induction Programme: Present and update the HR Induction programme as necessary, ensuring new employees are well-informed.

Manager Support: Assist and guide managers on company HR policies and procedures, enhancing their understanding and implementation.

Advice and Guidance: Provide general HR advice to managers, collaborating with external employment law companies when required.
|
Reporting: Collate and present monthly reports for the senior team, providing insights into HR activities.

HR System Management: Update the HR system with details of new starters accurately and efficiently.

Payroll Support: Assist in the payroll process, ensuring timely finalization of new starts, leavers, and salary changes for monthly-paid employees.

Interview Participation: Conduct interviews alongside managers as needed, contributing to the selection process.
|
Employee Relations: Provide day-to-day HR support, acting as the first point of contact for all HR queries, and ensure fair and consistent handling of HR matters in line with legal and company requirements.

Employee Advisory Service: Ensure employees are fully aware of their rights and entitlements by providing an advisory service.

Hours of work
Monday – Thursday: 8am – 4:30pm, Friday 8am – 2pm
