Your Role as a Production Operator
We are looking for motivated and reliable individuals to join our state-of-the-art Llantrisant manufacturing facility.
As a Production Operator, you will play an integral role in our production processes, ensuring the delivery of high-quality tank products.
Key Responsibilities:
Depending on your skills and interests, your role may involve the following areas:
- Metal Process Operative:
Uses a variety of fixed equipment and hand tools to manufacture Aluminium & Steel components. Processes include Band Saw, Press Brake, Roller, Punches.
- GRP Hot Press Operative:
Operate hot press machinery to create GRP panels, including loading, unloading, and trimming panels weighing up to 28kg.
- GRP Drill Operative:
Use fixed drill rigs to complete GRP panel manufacturing for installation.
- Laminating Operative:
Perform hand laminating under vacuum, including moulding, cutting, and final product fit-out.
- PVC Assembly Operative:
Assemble PVC fittings using cutting equipment and interpret engineering drawings.
- Picking & Packing:
Prepare and package all tank components for dispatch to customers.
