We are currently recruiting for a full time Receptionist to cover our state-of-the-art facility based in Thurnscoe. You will be the initial point of contact for all visitors & enquirers.

Main duties and responsibilities of the jobholder
- Operate a safe working environment in line with company policies & procedures.

- Maintaining records of personal development and training.
|
- To answer the internal phone and switchboard phone in a professional and prompt manor, transferring calls to the appropriate person.
|
- Where appropriate, take messages and ensure they get passed onto correct person at the earliest opportunity.
|
- Distribute all incoming mail to the relevant person.
|
- Take photocopies of documents when required.
|
- Responsible for ordering stationary for the site, ensuring that the stationary cupboard is stocked.
|
- Ensure the reception is always clean and tidy, as this is the first point of call for all visitors when they visit the site.
|
- Dealing with confidential information.
|
- Distributing enquiries from the company website to relevant departments.
|
- Ensuring all postage including TNT is packaged & posted with in timescales.
|
- Ensure all visitors are Covid compliant.
|
- This is not an exhausted list of responsibilities; the job role may vary depending on the work load.
