Balmoral Group was established in 1980 and is a privately owned company headquartered in Aberdeen, Scotland. Employing over 500 people and operating from a modern custom-built complex, the company’s products are used around the world.
What will you do as a Test Technician?

Ensure strict compliance with all Testing & Operating Procedures.

Follow safe systems of work, risk assessments and 5s practises.

Operate equipment and machinery in a safe manner whilst always adhering to health and safety legislation.

Perform a range of activities associated with the preparation of material testing, completion, and inspection of tested product.

Carry out a wide variety of testing including, but not limited to, hyperbaric, assembly, function, and destructive testing.

Respond effectively to fluctuations in the planned and amended test schedule.

Troubleshoot and maintain equipment in accordance with relevant Preventive Maintenance documentation.

Ensure that housekeeping in the test areas is maintained to the highest standard.

Participate in developing product testing activities e.g. working practices, equipment specifications, improvements in productivity and quality.

Complete digital test documentation

Drive continuous improvement.
