Join Our Team as a Trainee Export Sales Estimator.
As a Trainee Export Sales Estimator you will be involved in the preparation of technical quotations using web-based costing systems, spreadsheet data recording and comparison, telephone calling clients for project updates, CRM system input and updating, and administrative support.
What You’ll Be Doing
In this role you will be:
- Operate a safe working environment in line with company policies & procedures.

- Administrative duties for the Export Sales Department (document control, literature management, exhibition planning, updating and managing sales records)

- Processing sales related documentation.
|
- Estimating export sales enquirers and preparing quotations.
|
- Being able to answer client queries regarding their enquiries/orders.
|
- Dealing with any information passed on by the sales team.
|

- Mature and customer focused attitude (able to handle difficult discussions and customer complaints) is essential.
- A belief in the fact that customers are revenue & everything else is overhead is essential.
- Able to perform in an environment where accountability and ownership represent Core Values is essential.
